Job Summary

The role of Finance Analyst for Russia Business Support provides first line control and analytics on local units, revenue and investments. This position is responsible for driving projects on cost of sales revisions and the implementation / review of channel terms & conditions and investments. This includes the control, validation and analysis of marketing development funds, deal desk activities, sales programs / merchandising and operating expenses.

Description

The Finance Analyst for the Russia Business is responsible for reviewing the weekly Sell Through units performance, understanding trends, articulating risks and partnering with the local sales team to develop plans that optimise opportunities. In addition, the Finance Analyst is responsible for the implementation of terms and conditions of channel partners in Russia, ensuring accuracy of credit notes issued to distributors and resellers. This includes performing analytics on Russia cost of sales and assessing channel partners and distributors performance versus rebate targets. The Finance Analyst is involved in building the full year plan for Russia as well as the preparation of local sales targets.   A key responsibility of this position is provision of support on investments for Russia including: Sales programs analytics, fixture funding validation and investment decision support Marketing development funds validation and analytics Deal desk review and analytics, including return on investment and margin impact Sales operating expenses budget control and analytics Analysis and deployment of product transition left to sell in and sell out incentives  The role requires a person capable of challenging assumptions and offering a commercial point of view to the business.

Education

Backing of professional accounting qualification  Degree and/or MBA preferred  Experience in commercial management and presenting to senior executives Excellent systems skills including strong knowledge of Excel. Prior knowledge of SAP and Keynote would be advantageous but is not essential

Job Summary
